Description:
- The welding roller bed is including 1drive rotator, 1idler rotator,
control cabinet & wireless pendant controller.
- The drive roller bed is driven by heavy duty AC motors which is
designed according to internationally proven specifications to
ensure constant speed with outer balance load of 15%.
- Roller center distance could be manually adjusted by reserved screw
bolt, so as to suitable for various tank diameter.
- The DC electronic function or Inverter comes with a remote control
panel / operator pendant with interlocking reversing systems
operating at temperatures in excess of 60%.
- The wheel of the welding roller bed is 90 durable hardness with
high stress polyurethane cushion mounts to absorb shock loads and
prevent gear box damage.
- The operation is with a wilreless remote controller with
interlocking reversing systems. wireless remote control range no
less than 100m.
